The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead this high-growth division into its next phase of expansion.

This is not a maintenance role; it is a scale-up opportunity. You will take charge of a talented, growing team and a profitable operation, with the specific mandate to elevate the division's profile. Your primary objective will be to leverage the group's 30-year market presence to secure high-value contracts with government entities and large-scale infrastructure developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Growth
  Define and execute the strategic roadmap to transition the division from mid-tier projects to Tier-1 government and infrastructure tenders.
  P&L responsibility: Manage the division's financial health, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Business Development & Commercial Strategy
  Utilize your existing network to open doors with UAE government authorities, municipalities, and master developers.
  Lead the tendering department to ensure competitive and technically superior bid submissions for high-value projects.
• Operational Excellence
  Oversee the execution of current and future residential and industrial projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  Implement world-class project controls, safety standards (HSE), and procurement strategies.
  Lead, mentor, and expand a team that is currently in its growth stage.
  Foster a high-performance culture, bridging the gap between site operations and executive management.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or MBA is highly desirable).
• Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the Construction industry, with at least 5-7 years in a General Management or C-Level role within the UAE.
• Network: strong, verifiable relationships with UAE Government entities, semi-government developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Track Record: Proven history of scaling construction operations and winning high-value government tenders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex operational challenges.
