General Manager – Boutique Fitness Studio

Salary

AED 20,000 – AED 23,000 per month (Tax free) + bonus + 22 days annual leave + public holidays

£4,200 – £4,830 per month

$5,400 – $6,210 per month

About the Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the studio’s success – from managing and inspiring the team, to driving revenue and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every member. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain a vibrant studio culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing studio team across front-of-house and coaching staff
  • Set the tone and uphold the values, standards, and energy of the studio
  • Drive new member acquisition and revenue growth through strong local marketing, lead conversion, and community outreach
  • Develop and implement retention strategies that keep members engaged, supported, and loyal
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a consistent focus on quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Monitor KPIs across sales, retention, and member satisfaction – and use data to guide decisions
  • Lead from the front by being visible, approachable, and actively engaged in the member journey
