The Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the club, driving client success, leading a high-performing team of Personal Trainers, and ensuring commercial growth. What You'll Do

• Strong team management, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Commercially minded with experience in budgeting and performance reporting
