Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop all departments including Sales, Leasing, Marketing, and Operations.
• Set and implement business strategies that support company growth and revenue targets.
• Drive performance through KPIs, sales targets, and operational excellence.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships within the UAE real estate sector.
• Strengthen company positioning by enhancing brand visibility and market share.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with RERA and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of real estate agents and department heads.
• Review and optimise internal processes to increase productivity and enhance client satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability across all teams.
• Implement cost-effective systems and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Maintain high ethical standards across the organisation and reinforce company policies and procedures.
