• Coordinate and manage construction teams subcontractors and laborers.
• Monitor work quality productivity and safety compliance at all times.
• Review drawings plans and specifications to guide on-site activities.
• Inspect materials tools and equipment for proper usage and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers engineers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress daily reports and manpower utilization.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Mentor and train junior foremen or team leads as required.
