Role Overview: As the General Counsel for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa, you will serve as the lead lawyer for the region, working closely with business leaders and corporate functions. As such you will be a member of the MET & Africa leadership teams, as well as of the International Markets Legal leadership team. You will be responsible for delivering strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting Atos' business operations and growth initiatives across the region. You will also oversee the application of commercial, company, and competition laws, as well as IP, public procurement regulations, data protection, compliance, litigation management, and special projects.
