Job summary

Maseera invites a skilled Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions in Dubai. You will maintain records, handle AP/AR and GL, and support month-end close with audits. Experience in UAE VAT and corporate tax is preferred.

You should be proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel, capable of producing MIS reports (AP/AR ageing, cash flow, cost centres) and coordinating with banks and suppliers to ensure accurate forex entries. Immediate joining required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce; CA Inter preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Perform daily banking activities, calculate accrued interest, allocate receipts and payments.Prepare monthly MIS reports like AP- AR Ageing Cashflow, Cost Centre reports, FA Schedule etc.Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing including Audits.Support VAT compliance, and Corporate Tax requirements.Manage intercompany transactions and balance reconciliations.Handle foreign currency transactions in Tally and Ensure forex entries are correct.Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and financial matters.
