Qualifications

Job description

You will be the General Accountant and Paymaster voice of the hotel. From processing monthly payroll preparing journal vouchers and assisting in financial reporting to supporting the Chief Accountant in daily operations your role is vital to the finance team. You will manage payroll accuracy staff cost allocations contract tracking and take full responsibility for month-end journal entries financial reporting and compliance documentation. You will also liaise with internal and external auditors ensuring all financial activities meet audit and governance standards. Beyond accounting functions your contributions will support the success of the hotel through teamwork sound judgment careful planning and accountability in everything you do. Maintain confidentiality stay detail-focused and take ownership of your work while supporting colleagues and striving to exceed expectations. Additional duties may be assigned by the Financial Controller as needed to support the overall goals of the department. You and your superiors will guide your growth on a fulfilling and successful Anantara journey.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting or Payroll preferably in hospitality
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and accounting systems (Sun Opera Workday Paytrax)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated reliable service-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Honest and accountable with a strong sense of ownership
  • Having guarantor person as company policy
