Job summary

Gulf Capital Intelligence in Dubai is seeking a Private Credit Analyst to develop dedicated private credit coverage. This role involves covenant analysis, credit structuring assessment, and lender-side due diligence for direct lending across the GCC.

The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of relevant experience and be responsible for producing credit intelligence mandates to inform investment decisions. Ideal qualifications include familiarity with DFSA/SAMA regulated environments and a CFA.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in private credit, leveraged finance, or structured finance.
• Experience analysing loan documentation and credit structures.
• Strong financial modelling skills for credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce credit intelligence for mandates in private lending.
• Conduct EBITDA coverage and security assessments.
• Analyze regulatory compliance under DFSA and SAMA.
