Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media and/or community management, ideally in fintech, crypto, or Web3.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the GCC social and community growth plan.
• Oversee and grow Crypto.com’s Arabic Telegram community.
• Manage official MENA social channels and develop a localized content calendar.
• Source and evaluate relevant KOLs and influencers across GCC.
• Collect community feedback into structured recommendations.
