• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, regional business strategy or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of content, trends, and aesthetics relevant to the market.
• Strong ability to translate regional direction into actionable country plans and manage production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise and execute country content strategy, driving growth and content health.
• Ensure content meets Canva standards and resonates culturally for local markets.
• Gather feedback from sales, partners and local peers to refine content strategies.
• Own content performance across discovery, editorial, search and recommendations, and optimize for engagement and retention.
• Lead editorial strategy across surfaces, identifying cultural moments in partnership with Marketing and PR.
• Collaborate with MENAP Country Manager and country peers to align priorities and drive growth.
