Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Community Management Executive to grow online communities across Instagram, TikTok and X, delivering brand-appropriate interactions and real-time engagement.

You will monitor conversations, perform social listening, generate insights, and adapt the brand voice to GCC audiences during Ramadan and major local moments.

The role requires collaboration with marketing, content and creative teams to drive engagement, trust and relevant community content.

Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in community management or social media writing; English and Arabic required (English fluency is essential).
• Experience managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter).
• Experience in automotive or premium brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Community Engagement & Management: Monitor, respond to and engage with comments, DMs and mentions across social platforms with brand-appropriate interactions.
• Social Listening & Insights: Track conversations, trends, and provide real-time marketing opportunities and content ideas.
• Brand Voice & Cultural Relevance: Maintain brand tone, ensure culturally sensitive communications across GCC and adapt style per platform.
