Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licensed by the UAE GCAA to supervise and perform helicopter maintenance. The role requires type-specific ratings, Bell helicopter experience, and CAR 145 familiarity.

Competenze

• GCAA AME license with helicopter maintenance experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years post-AME experience with a helicopter maintenance organisation.
• Relevant helicopter type ratings for the assigned aircraft.
• Bell helicopter maintenance experience is required.
• Experience in CAR 145-approved maintenance organisations.
• Technical Aviation Maintenance Diploma or equivalent certificates.
• Aircraft type-training certification is preferred.
• Training in Safety Management Systems and Human Factors is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of helicopter structures, systems and components.

Mansioni

• Supervise and train Line Maintenance Technicians.
• Deputize as Maintenance Supervisor in absence.
• Act as Shift Supervisor when required.
• Ensure all tasks are correctly documented and certified.
• Ensure tasks are signed off on completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read and sign Reading Logs timely.
• Perform Base/Line/Component Shop tasks per regulations and procedures.
• Troubleshoot defects and certify releases to service.
• Carry out independent inspections as required.
• Read MSDS/SDS before using hazardous materials.
• Ensure correct PPE is worn.
• Comply with EHSMS, QMS, Compliance & SMS requirements.
