Job summary

SmartAgro in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain and beautify outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a full-time role with on-site work and accommodation provided.

You will design, plant, prune, and maintain gardens; water and irrigate; apply fertilizers and treatments; keep tools in good condition; remove debris; and communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs. A high school diploma and proven gardening experience are required, with knowledge of Abu Dhabi flora

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven gardening experience.
• Knowledge of plants common in Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to operate gardening tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Designing, planting, and maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces.
• Pruning trees, shrubs, and flowers to maintain their health and appearance.
• Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to plants as needed.
• Maintaining garden equipment and tools.
• Removing weeds, fallen leaves, and other debris from gardens.
• Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences.
