Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and lawn care in outdoor conditions.

• Ability to safely use and maintain common gardening tools and equipment, following safety procedures at all times.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team.
• Physical fitness to handle outdoor work, including standing, walking, lifting, and variable weather conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is important.
