Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Manager to join the resort's Gaming Accounting team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will manage daily gaming accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading budgeting and forecasting for gaming activities.

Responsibilities include audits, system improvements, and mentoring accounting staff to optimize profitability and cost control in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment and 2 years in supervisory/management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and manage projects.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounting operations for the gaming, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of gaming and non-gaming revenues.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for gaming operations.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with gaming operations, cage, and other departments to resolve accounting issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior finance leadership.
