Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Upholsterer to perform upholstery work on furniture, measure and fit fabrics, leather, and foam, and coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include repairing, reupholstering, stitching, padding, and ensuring high-quality finishes. Candidates should work independently or as part of a team and be willing to work overtime as required. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Upholsterer, preferably in furniture manufacturing or joinery.
• Knowledge of upholstery techniques, fabrics, foam, leather, and furniture finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform upholstery work for furniture, including sofas, chairs, beds, and other upholstered items.
• Measure, cut, and fit fabrics, leather, foam, and other upholstery materials.
• Repair, replace, and reupholster furniture as required.
• Carry out stitching, padding, cushioning, and fabric fitting with attention to detail.
• Ensure the quality and finishing of upholstered furniture meet company standards.
• Use upholstery tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the production team to complete work within the required timelines.
