JAGGAER is seeking a Solution Consultant to act as a business and functional advisor during software implementation projects. You will translate requirements into effective solution designs, configure the application, manage project delivery within scope and budget, and support a smooth transition to Support.

The role requires strong Arabic language skills, 3+ years of experience including 2+ years in implementation or consulting, and proficiency in English. Travel 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience, including at least 2+ years in solution implementation.
• 2+ years with eProcurement, supply chain, or CLM software preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic required.
• Strong PM, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel 20–30%.
• Excellent English communication.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Solution Consultant to act as a business and functional advisor to clients throughout software implementation projects. You will translate business requirements into effective solution designs, configure the application, manage project delivery within agreed scope and controls, and support a successful transition to the Support team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Use product and industry knowledge to effectively serve as the business/functional advisor to the client, translating business requirements into solution needs while configuring the application to meet those objectives.
• Support functional solution within the Statement of Work (SOW) specifications, meeting all scope, time, and budget requirements with moderate guidance.
• Lead requirements workshops, understand client business processes, translate requirements into JAGGAER solution designs, recommend appropriate processes and configurations.
• Configure the solution against agreed requirements and SOW; validate configuration; support testing and readiness for deployment.
• Develop and maintain project documentation. Use templates, past examples and guidance from more experienced solution consultants, peers or management as needed.
• Manage assigned implementations against scope, milestones, effort/budget and dependencies; maintain project documentation and forecasts.
• Participates in collaboration with other departments within JAGGAER to address and resolve client issues.
• Manages a portfolio of assigned implementation projects with moderate guidance.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including s/w issue resolution, scope challenges and project delays.
• Identify risks and issues early, drive resolution, manage scope boundaries and initiate change control when commitments are affected.
• Act as the functional advisor to the customer, communicate project status and decisions, coordinate internal JAGGAER stakeholders, and manage the transition to Support.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues where appropriate, contribute reusable documentation/best practices, and collaborate.
• Lead on-site and remote requirement gathering sessions with moderate assistance.
• Establish and manage relationships with client to sustain a strong business connection.
• Ensure a successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
• Provide guidance for and deliver against all project controls, including: budget vs. actual for project hours, forecast accuracy, revenue attainment.
• Manage communication of appropriate project information to clients and within JAGGAER.
• Identify and communicate changes to project scope that have an impact on company’s resource, time and/or financial commitments via a change order process.
• Provide continual work direction and mentoring to other team members and assisting as required.
• Relay business process recommendations based on client requirements.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of business experience, including at least 2+ years of experience in application implementation or client-facing consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with eProcurement, supply chain, or contract lifecycle management software is preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, contribute independently, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to take initiative and drive tasks and issues through to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work extensively by telephone and in person with clients and suppliers.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and other standard business productivity tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20-30%.
• Professional judgment and critical-thinking skills.
