Qualifications

• PhD in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong research background in statistics, ML, AI, data science, or related area.
• Proficiency in programming (e.g. Python) and experience with ML/AI tools.
• Strong publication record in leading conferences or journals.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in modern statistics, ML, AI, or related area.
• Develop and evaluate new statistical or ML methods with theory and empirical studies.
• Publish papers in top-tier conferences and journals and present findings.
• Collaborate with research-group members and industry partners on ongoing projects.
• Mentor and support graduate students and junior researchers, as needed.
