Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-ins using salon software.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and client inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the salon’s high aesthetic standards.
  • Promote salon services, treatments, and retail products effectively.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate schedules with stylists, therapists, and management.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Support the team with administrative duties and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front-desk or customer service role (experience in a salon or spa is a plus).
