Primis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a live, enterprise-grade event-management platform for a three-month, on-site engagement in Dubai. You will own the implementation across .NET backend and two React/Next.js front ends, collaborating with the technical lead on architecture and clean coding practices.

The role requires 5+ years in full stack development, strong .NET and React/Next.js/TypeScript skills, and experience with Azure and CI/CD pipelines.

Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + React/Next.js) — 3-Month Freelance Contract, On-site Dubai

We've partnered with a client running a live, enterprise-grade event-management platform for a large public-sector organisation, to find a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 3-month on-site contract in Dubai.

You’ll work directly with the technical lead, who sets the "what." You own the "how": implementation design and clean code across the .NET backend and two React/Next.js front ends.

: .NET 10, EF Core 9, SQL Server backend. Next.js/React admin panel and public web app. Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure AD B2C), CI/CD on Azure DevOps.

What we need:

• 5+ years full stack development, strong in both .NET and React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Comfortable designing implementations, not just following tickets.
• Azure and CI/CD experience.
• Good written English.
• Nice to have: Azure Functions, Azure AD B2C/Entra ID, bilingual or RTL product experience, public-sector experience.
• Contract: 3 months, on-site Dubai, freelance. AED 20,000 to 25,000/month depending on experience.
• No visa sponsorship. Candidates must hold their own valid UAE freelance visa or permit.
