Job summary

Radiansys Inc. is hiring a Full Stack AI Engineer to build production-grade LLM-powered conversational applications in Abu Dhabi. The role requires hands-on experience across frontend, backend, MCP-based tools, agent orchestration and real-time AI systems.

Offshore candidates may be considered, but onsite applicants must relocate and have valid passport. Expect work on frontend, AI agent orchestration, vector DBs, and scalable cloud pipelines with CI/CD and observability.

We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer – AI / Agentic AI

Budget: Up to 18,000 AED per month

We are looking for a strong Full Stack AI Engineer with hands‑on experience building production‑grade LLM‑powered conversational applications.

This is not a regular Full Stack Developer or basic GenAI role. Candidates must have practical project experience across frontend, backend, MCP-based tools, agent orchestration and real‑time AI applications.

Candidates should have worked on projects involving:

• Angular‑based AI chat or conversational interfaces


• MCP server or MCP tool development

• Production deployment of enterprise LLM applications


• Latency, cost and response‑quality optimization
