Job summary

Pirelli, a global leader in tire technology, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and ship digital products across our business processes. You will work with engineers, own features from idea to production, and help raise code quality.

The role offers hybrid remote working and employee benefits. You will build responsive web interfaces, design backend services and APIs, and mentor junior developers while contributing to CI/CD and tooling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, .NET or similar.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) knowledge.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with Git, workflows, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of web security, performance and accessibility basics.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible web interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable back-end services, REST/GraphQL APIs and data models.
• Take features from specification through development, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, tested and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, security and reliability.
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and to improving CI/CD and developer tooling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and help improve incident response.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.

NICE TO HAVE

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture or serverless.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry).
• Open-source contributions or technical writing.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
