Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks a Fire Fighting Draftsman in Sharjah to develop detailed fire fighting drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. You will draft sprinkler, hose reel, hydrant systems, and fire alarm coordination layouts in AutoCAD per project specs and UAE Civil Defence standards.

Fire Fighting Draftsman – Job Description

Responsible for preparing detailed fire fighting system drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and relevant fire safety standards. Experienced in preparing fire fighting layouts, sprinkler systems, fire hose reels, fire hydrant systems, fire alarm coordination drawings, and fire protection piping layouts for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. Capable of preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, sections, details, and coordinated MEP drawings while ensuring proper routing, equipment placement, and clash-free coordination with other services. Knowledgeable in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, incorporating site modifications, and coordinating with engineers, BIM teams, and site personnel to ensure accurate drawings and smooth project execution. Familiar with UAE Civil Defence requirements and applicable NFPA standards.
