Serco in the UAE is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to provide world class customer service and to assist Operations teams and service partners in delivering the best standards. You will work in a large, open public venue, interacting with customers daily and collaborating with partners to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, a high school diploma, and a minimum of 1 year front-line customer service experience in hospitality or retail.

Formación

• Must hold high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• ideally will have minimum 1 year of experience as front-line staff delivering customer service in Retail, F&B, hotel, hospitality or equivalent.
• Must have good understanding of dealing with customers and conflict resolution techniques.
• Should have knowledge of basic software and online applications.
• Should be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic

Responsabilidades

• Provide world class customer service to customers and assist the Operations teams and service partners in delivering the best possible operational standards.
• Interact face to face with thousands of customers daily and assist them on their journey with information and guidance.
• Communicate and problem solve; act as first point of contact for customer queries and issues.
• Coordinate with service partners to deliver the daily operating plan in a timely and compliant manner.
• Support the Terminal Operations Team with daily tasks, safety reporting, and policy adherence.
