Job summary

Korn Ferry, partnering with a leading UAE financial institution, is seeking a seasoned Frontend & Mobile Engineer to shape digital experiences from day one. You will build mobile apps, web platforms, and AI-powered interfaces, collaborating with product, design, backend and AI teams to deliver secure, scalable customer journeys.

The role requires 6+ years of frontend and mobile expertise, with proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, React and TypeScript, plus experience with CI/CD

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend and mobile engineering experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or large-scale consumer products.
• Experience building and releasing customer-facing mobile applications through the full app-store lifecycle.
• Experience with real-time, streaming, or conversational customer experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using modern frontend and mobile technologies.
• Build customer-facing experiences including mobile banking, web banking, and AI-powered conversational interfaces.
• Develop reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, real-time services, and conversational experiences.
• Implement automated testing, performance monitoring, telemetry, and release best practices.

As a Frontend & Mobile Engineer, you'll play a key role in building the bank's customer-facing digital experiences, including mobile applications, web banking platforms, and AI-powered conversational interfaces. Working alongside Product, Design, Backend, and AI Engineering teams, you'll help create intuitive, secure, and scalable customer journeys from day one.
