Receptionist (Front Office) – Mandarin Speaking

  • Complete all administrative tasks for the guest services area accurately and efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures.
  • Foster a positive working environment where staff are well-trained, supportive, and competent.
  • Maintain the health, hygiene, and professional appearance of the Front Office and its team.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to uphold high quality standards.
Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A hospitality qualification is preferred.
  • Good numeracy skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience working in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
