Overview

We are currently looking for a Front Office Receptionist who is fluent in Russian to join a 4 Star Hotel in Sharjah UAE.

Responsibilities

As the Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Your main duties include greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and managing the company’s general email inbox. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized reception area and providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will be fluent in Russian and have previous experience working in a front office or customer service role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is also required.

Salary and Benefits
  • Basic Salary: AED 1600
  • Language Allowance: AED 300
