  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office supervisory or management role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage daily operations of the front office.

  • Act as a point of contact for emergencies and incidents.
  • Prepare daily reports to provide insights for decision-making.
