As the first point of contact the Front Office plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients and visitors

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls respond to emails and assist guest with inquiries
  • Manage reservations for both hotel and accommodation and restaurant bookings
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures e
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
