The Front of House (FOH) team member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively assist guests and support restaurant operations.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Communicate clearly in Arabic and English with guests to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Process guest payments accurately and issue receipts when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, dining, and service areas.
Support other FOH staff and assist in training new team members.
Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and service quality expectations.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge is an advantage.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
