Job summary

Americana Restaurants in Dubai is seeking an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to lead a busy FOH team and maintain TGIF Fridays standards. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced restaurant environment, a high school diploma, and solid knowledge of POS and cash handling. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant or casual dining environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant qualification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of POS, cash handling, food safety, inventory, and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily FOH operations and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and support FOH team members during daily and peak operations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, deployment, training, and performance follow-up.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely food and beverage service.
• Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, food safety, hygiene, and inventory procedures.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, quality, and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and UAE food safety requirements.
