• Professional appearance and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate the host / hostess team.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficiency in Russian or any European language

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Ability to upsell

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
