We are recruiting for a newly opened wellness studio in Dubai, crafted with an industrial, holistic, and zen ambiance. The studio is looking for two personable and well-organized Front Desk Associates to join the team and serve as the welcoming face for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist clients upon arrival
• Manage bookings and schedules using Fresha
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and friendliness
• Ensure the reception and studio areas remain neat and tidy
• Carry out administrative duties, including working with Excel
• Collaborate with practitioners and management to support daily operations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of front desk or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Friendly, approachable, and highly organized personality
• Familiarity with Fresha and Excel preferred
• Must be based locally in Dubai
