Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and enhance browser‑based user interfaces and reusable components using React.js.
• Implement complex UI workflows and application states using XState, finite state machines, and statecharts.
• Develop statement‑related features, including statement rendering, navigation flows, user interactions, and workflow‑driven screen behavior.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and technical leads to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Convert product requirements and design specifications into clean, responsive, and maintainable front‑end code.
• Ensure consistency between mobile and web interfaces while maintaining strong usability, accessibility, and performance standards.
• Integrate front‑end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, third‑party SDKs, and backend systems.
• Debug UI issues across mobile and web platforms, including state management problems, rendering behavior, navigation issues, and asynchronous data flows.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and well‑documented code that supports long‑term product maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, testing activities, and continuous improvement discussions.
• Support performance optimization, mobile deployment readiness, and front‑end quality improvements across the product lifecycle.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in React Native and React.js development.
• Strong practical experience using XState for managing complex UI state, workflow logic, state machines, and statecharts.
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building, testing, and debugging UI components for both mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of state management, component lifecycle, asynchronous programming, navigation flows, and front‑end architecture.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross‑platform consistency.
• Experience integrating front‑end applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL backends.
