Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious construction lawyer to join a leading regional law firm’s Construction & Infrastructure practice in the UAE. The successful candidate will focus on front-end construction work, supporting a diverse range of high-profile projects across the GCC, including infrastructure, power, healthcare, commercial and leisure developments.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (FIDIC and bespoke) for a range of major projects, including infrastructure, power, buildings and leisure facilities.
  • Advising on PPP projects, including roads, hospitals and schools.
  • Drafting and negotiating O&M and FM contracts for stadia, industrial facilities, hospitals and commercial developments.
  • Preparing suites of construction-related templates for government entities, developers and contractors across the GCC.
Qualifications
  • Between 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained with a top-tier international or regional firm.
  • A strong academic background, excellent drafting ability and a sound understanding of FIDIC and bespoke construction contracts are essential.
