Qualifications

  • Previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
  • Knowledge in an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments.
  • Supervise all Front Desk employees.
  • Verify all cashier closures of Front Desk Agents.
  • Ensure all guest registrations are completed.
