We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our reputable company in Jumeirah, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and ensure a pleasant and organized environment.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff both in person and over the phone.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain records, update contact lists, and perform general administrative tasks.
  • Assist HR and administrative departments with clerical duties when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Hours:
  • 8 hours per day (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.
