  • Minimum 2 years in administration/front desk coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and assist candidates during recruitment.
  • Prepare official company letters and track Trade Licenses.
  • Arrange office supplies and coordinate marketing materials.
  • Manage local & international shipment bookings.
  • Assist in Google reviews and coordinate printing of brochures.
  • Update vehicle trackers and monitor driver license validity.
  • Prepare employee award certificates and process relevant documents.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and coordinate travel tickets.
  • Process municipal attestations and handle essential document files.

Skills

Strong communication & customer service skills
