Job summary

REAP HR amp Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a motivated IT Engineer UAE National for Abu Dhabi. This role targets fresh graduates with a strong foundation in IT, CS, software engineering, AI, cybersecurity or related fields, to join a team working on AFC and ABT systems.

You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to implement, integrate, operate and support next-generation AFC/ABT solutions, gaining exposure to intelligent transportation systems and emerging AI-driven technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity or a closely related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or API integration through academic projects is desirable.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networking and software applications.

Responsibilities

• AFC Systems & Technical Integration: assist in implementation, integration, testing of AFC systems; support devices, ticket validators, Central Back Office systems; assist in troubleshooting.
• IT Operations & Technical Support: monitor system performance, support troubleshooting, incident investigation and documentation.
• Software Engineering & Data Management: participate in testing, debugging, API integration, data analysis and reporting.
• Artificial Intelligence & Technology Innovation: explore AI applications, support fraud detection, predictive analytics, automation ideas.
• Project Coordination & Engineering Support: collaborate with engineering teams, assist with documentation, testing procedures and reporting.
