Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is seeking a Chef De Partie for Pierre's in our fine dining outlet. You will support kitchen leadership and contribute to creating exceptional French cuisine experiences for demanding guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury restaurant or 5* hotel environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and creating new menus.
• Experience in French cuisine is ideal.
• Fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
• Provides direction to kitchen staff, including cooks, attendants, and stewards.
• Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
• Maintains a clean and hygienic work area.
• Follows hotel and department regulations, policies and procedures including HACCP.
• Demonstrates awareness of OH&S policies and ensures safety.
