• Manage Book of Business (BOB), ensuring growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin.
• Conduct market analysis and research.
• Liaise with Branch Operations for client needs.
• Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations.
• Manage personal pipeline through the CRM system.
• Stay updated on local regulations and industry practices.
