Job summary

VETWORK in the UAE is seeking experienced freelance instructors to deliver a structured programme focused on leadership, personal development and professional skills for high-school graduates and young adult learners.

We require both English-speaking instructors and Arabic-speaking instructors with strong English capability; the engagement runs for 10 days starting 14 September 2026, with an urgent need to fill all delivery slots.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, teacher, facilitator or professional educator.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Confidence delivering training to groups.
• Experience with young adults is advantageous.
• Experience delivering leadership, personal development or employability subjects is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.

Role Overview

VETWORK is supporting an upcoming short-term training programme in the UAE and is seeking experienced freelance instructors to deliver a structured programme focused on leadership, personal development and associated professional skills.

The programme will be delivered to high-school graduates / young adult learners and will require instructors who are confident engaging groups, delivering structured learning material and creating a positive, professional classroom environment.

We are looking for both:

• English-speaking instructors
• Arabic-speaking instructors with strong English capability

This is an urgent requirement, with successful instructors expected to be available for the full 10-day delivery period commencing 14 September 2026.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Experience working with young adults, graduates, military personnel, government personnel or professional learners is advantageous
• Experience delivering leadership, personal development, employability, communication, teamwork or similar subjects is desirable
• Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills
• Professional and reliable approach to delivery
• Ability to work within a structured programme and follow defined learning outcomes

Essential

• Must currently reside in the UAE
• Must already have the legal ability to undertake freelance/contract work in the UAE as applicable
• Must be available from 14 September 2026
• Preference will be given to candidates available for the entire 10-day programme
• Fluent English required
• Arabic/English bilingual capability highly desirable for Arabic-language delivery positions
