A global tech platform for entertainment is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage Candlelight concerts in the UAE. This role includes event management mainly on weekends, overseeing teams and service providers, and ensuring an exceptional audience experience. Candidates should have experience in logistics and team management, be knowledgeable about the live performance sector, and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• On-site concert coordination (pre-production and production).
• Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).
• Managing institutional relations (local authorities, companies, associations).
• Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience.

Skills

Experience in logistics and team management

Knowledge of the live performance sector

Good stress and contingency management skills

Fluent in English
