Job summary

myZoi is currently seeking a Fraud Prevention Analyst on a 6-month temporary basis to bolster fraud controls across payments and product platforms in Dubai. The role centers on design, implementation, uplift, and oversight of fraud controls to bridge delivery gaps as we scale.

You will collaborate with the FCC function and cross-functional teams to review rules, tune monitoring systems, and support governance, remediation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud management and oversight activity across card and non-card product lines
• Assist with fraud rule review, optimisation, and tuning across relevant monitoring systems
• Provide capacity for fraud framework uplift, documentation, and governance activity
• Support remediation workstreams, control implementation, and readiness activities linked to regulatory expectations and internal programme delivery
• Contribute to fraud trend analysis, MI, thematic reporting, and oversight packs
• Collaborate with FCC leadership, operations, product, and technology teams to embed fraud controls in a scalable way

A 6-month temporary employee is required to provide dedicated delivery capacity across fraud management and oversight at a time when fraud obligations, product expansion, and systems implementation activity are increasing.

Role purpose

The contractor would provide specialist support to the FCC function in the design, implementation, uplift, and oversight of fraud controls. The resource would help bridge current delivery gaps while the longer-term operating model is established.
