Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited in Ajman seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Fraud Management solution implementations in a banking environment, handling end-to-end delivery, stakeholder coordination, and timely deployments.

You will manage project plans, risks, budgets, vendors, and IT teams, ensuring SDLC compliance and governance. PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are an advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven experience in Fraud Management / Fraud Detection solution implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, Agile/Waterfall methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors and technology teams.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, reporting and governance.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Fraud Management solution implementation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, security, risk and other stakeholders.
• Manage requirements, solution implementation, testing, UAT, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resources and overall delivery status.
• Prepare regular project status reports and management updates.
• Ensure compliance with banking, information security and technology standards.
