Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd. is seeking a Fraud Analyst for Digital Payments on a 12-month on-site contract in the UAE. The role focuses on detecting, analyzing, and preventing fraud while minimizing losses across card portfolios.

You will develop proactive analytics, leverage predictive modeling, and improve transaction security and authorization performance. Strong English communication is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a relevant bachelor degree and has experience in banking or FinTech fraud.
• Proven ability to detect and mitigate fraud across card portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of predictive analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud detection and prevention across credit and debit card portfolios.
• Develop and optimize fraud rules and alerts based on trends and risk indicators.
• Drive analytics and predictive modeling to identify fraudulent patterns.
• Collaborate with business to refine fraud strategies and security controls.
• Monitor card authorization performance and improve approval rates.
• Deliver insights and process improvements through data analytics.
