Job summary

A reputable UAE-based hospitality company seeks a Franchise QA Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards across franchise locations. The role encompasses conducting audits, implementing quality assurance policies, and collaborating with teams for continuous improvement. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably within the multi-unit franchise sector.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in the multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits and supporting compliance programs.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies and understanding of relevant industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling and conducting yearly compliance audits and inspections within the UAE branches and franchise network.
  • Conduct follow-ups on monthly reports and franchisee KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure personal adherence to all quality assurance and compliance protocols.
  • Conduct franchisees audits, document audit findings, and prepare reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality assurance processes and suggest solutions.
