Job summary

The Independent Food Company is seeking a Franchise QA Supervisor to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards across franchise locations. This role involves supervision of a compliance team, conducting audits, and developing assurance policies. Ideal candidates are seasoned professionals with a strong background in quality assurance or compliance in the restaurant/franchise industry, able to lead compliance initiatives and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in the multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise industry.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and managing compliance programs.
• Supervisory or leadership experience within a quality assurance or compliance function.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and understanding of relevant industry regulations.
• In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to franchise operations.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the compliance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Schedule and manage yearly compliance audits and inspections within the UAE branches and franchise network.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and compliance policies and procedures for franchise operations.
• Plan and conduct internal audit and franchisees audits.
• Document audit findings, prepare reports, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality assurance processes and franchise operations and implement solutions.
