Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing operations.
• At least 2-3 years in a senior operator role.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hydraulic fracturing equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate with the frac crew.
• Perform routine checks, inspections, and maintenance.
• Conduct pressure tests, fluid checks, and equipment calibrations.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and conduct safety meetings.
• Record and maintain accurate data logs for operational performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during jobs.
• Provide guidance and training to junior operators.
